Activity and scope

ShowInUp provides a technology platform to publish, consult and manage dog shows, accounts, registrations, payments and related communications.

ShowInUp does not organise listed events. Each club or organisation is responsible for its event terms, rules, admissions, published information, judges, results, incidents, cancellations, refunds and actual delivery of the event.

Use of the site

Users must use the platform lawfully, diligently and in accordance with these terms, the specific event terms and applicable law. Registered access is limited to persons aged 18 or over.

Intellectual property and third-party content

ShowInUp software, design and proprietary elements are protected by applicable law. No reproduction, distribution or transformation right is granted except with authorisation or where legally permitted.

Organisations and users who publish text, images, logos, documents or other content declare that they have the necessary rights, permissions and legal basis. They are responsible for that content and related claims. Use of the ShowInUp name does not state or imply that it is a registered trade mark.

Links and availability

Third-party links are governed by their own terms and policies. ShowInUp does not control their content or practices. Reasonable measures will be taken for service continuity and security, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or accepting liability for causes beyond reasonable control.

Applicable law

The relationship is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply. Jurisdiction is determined in accordance with applicable law.
